Shipping & returns

2-4 Days Standard Delivery - Orders will be dispatched within 4 business days using either Royal Mail postal service, or an accredited courier depending on order specifications. We currently only deliver to UK Mainland.

Collections - Customers can arrange a time slot to collect their items from the shop. Please note the shop will remain closed, and customers can only pick up their confirmed orders.

Free Delivery Promotion - Postage & Packing in the UK (excluding channel islands) will be free when customers spend £30 and over, must use discount code FREE2SHIP to redeem (expires at 23.59 on 31st July 2021).

Returns Policy - Bought-in-shop items that are faulty can be returned in person with original packaging and proof of purchase. Bought-online orders can be cancelled within 14 days of being received. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving returned goods. When the shop is closed inline with government restrictions concerning COVID-19, items can be returned to Faith & Fabric, Dove Christian Books, 79 Rushton Road, Rothwell, NN14 6HG, United Kingdom, an order invoice must be included for proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost and liability of returning items.
